Inclusive accessibility

Moving towards the standards and norms of the European Union, it must be ensured that every person can feel as a contributing member of society and fully enjoy the social infrastructure.

Thus, the signing by Ukraine of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities of 24 September 2008 obliges society to create appropriate conditions for ensuring rights and a high standard of living for all socially vulnerable groups of the population.

Noting the great social significance of the creation in society of the conditions for ensuring unimpeded access to justice for persons with disabilities, which is one of the main elements of recognition of equality of rights for their full life in society, the leadership of the Kyiv Court of Appeal gradually creates preconditions for the convenience of people with special needs, and also implements a number of measures aimed at improving access to justice for people with disabilities.

So, we invite you to get acquainted with the presentation of the architectural accessibility of the premises of the Kyiv Court of Appeal for persons with disabilities.
